Web Control - Table - Shows Verticle and Horizontal Scroll

Here is a very strange question. All of a sudden now when I drag and drop a Table (Web Form control) onto a form, the table shows both verticle and horizontal scroll bars on the bottom and right side within the designer. It never use to do this and I don't want it to. How do I stop this?I figured out it has something to do with the style sheet I am using. If I take out the <LINK> for the style sheet the problem goes away. I have no idea what in the style sheet is causing this behavior.
