I've been doing mainly Desktop Apps using VB6, VB.Net and C#
Some Console applications (while studying it) in Java, C++, MSIL.
Also did a lot of HTML, but that was quite some time ago and forgot most of the tags.
I did do some ASP.Net coding on my previous team, and all the stuff I know allready with .Net, made it pretty easy.
Now I might be up for a position which mainly will involve Web Development, and would like to take a "crash course" putting the bits and pieces scattered in my memory (in my head ok?) together, so at least I feel a bit more comfortable.
Can anyone suggest a good short course online (free pls!) or got some tutorial that you can pass on?
No sweat as I doubt I will get the offer after telling the interviewer this is the year 2006...Hell know how that happened. :p Would be cool just to get my knowledge in that area updated, seeing I'm studying so much lately anyhow.I personally find this site : http://www.asp.net/Tutorials/quickstart.aspx is the best WEB Crash Course.
