web email software - newsletters

Anyone know of any good .net email software for sending out newsletters etc... Recommendations on going down this path? Nothing complicated, just creating and sending newsletters to people in a database.

What would you use for a richtext type of textbox, some type of wysiwyg editor... If so, you know of anyone out there, I saw cute editor, but thats expensive.
