Web File Convert!

Could any one help correct what wrong with my procedure converting System32 to NTFS File

Here is how I've tried using CMD help convert:

1-C:\Documents and Settings\Michael Tabon>C:/FS:NTFS [/V] /CVTArea: /%SystemRoot%\system32\inetsrv\iis.msc]] [/NoSecurity]

2-C:\Documents and Settings\Michael Tabon>C:/FS:NTFS [/V] /CVTArea:C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Menu Démarrer\Programmes\Outils d'administration/%SystemRoot%\system32\inetsrv\iis.msc]] [/NoSecurity]

3-much mores.............

By the way, the attributes in square brackets are optional attributes. It doesn't mean you should use the square brackets.

By the way Its just a single file I will like to convert (IIS), no the entire volume
